DAW can't catch inputs when using Plugins with UIs

Hi, to be more precise, whenever I use something like spectral compressor, diopser or something like that, the daw I use (for now Bitwig 5.1.6) will not react to anything (I can still hear any sounds). But when I minimize and maximize it then close the ui with the Bitwig ui opener icon, I can then use it without any problems. I don't really know then this behaviour occured, but even the newest Version won't fix this issue. I also tried different sandbox modes for Bitwig, but this also doesn't help. Also I'm using win10, maybe this can help too.

Hello,

I also have this problem where the UI won't react until the plugin's UI is reopened. I believe the problems came from VIZIA and possibly some update broke it (It used to work fine on my older plugins that was made with VIZIA)

I notice that the behaviour is that the UI will stop reacting if you drag the slider out of the plugin's UI window only on the right side or bottom side. If you drag the slider and move out of the window to the left side or top side then it will still work.

Here's the video of me trying to demonstrate the bug (no sound): video on Ableton 12, Windows 11

Hope this helps :)

Edit: I'm assuming this commit Update the vizia and baseview dependencies that updates VIZIA and baseview possibly broke it? I've reverted to the commit before (756d5a3) that and the behaviour go away :D

It seems that there is a problem with vizia in baseview. This pull request for baseview addresses the issue: https://github.com/RustAudio/baseview/pull/150

However, nih_plug_vizia has not yet been updated to include this rev.
