Tag Class generator skips over Count of 10

ClassName property getter skips over the Count of 10. I know the developer said he's not doing any more updates with roadkill wiki 2.0, but just documenting this in case anyone else was confused on why a tag under the All Tags cloud suddenly hits 10 articles and then goes to the default small size.
