Display name is currently: drumkv1. Lot's of nsm clients display their name with upper case. Is nicer looking if drumkv1 does this as well: Drumkv1

Works in ardour, but doesn't show up in Mixbus cc @x42 It seems to load, but I don't find it in the mixer strip of the added midi track
