[WIP] Formating for Task I/O

We need to have the ability to format both the input and the output of tasks

E.g. for human input tasks user should be able to select types of input methods

• free form text (available today)
• form
• picklist
• radio
• chips etc

For task output, users should be able to graphically control, the format output is presented as

• markdown text (available today)
• carousels etc
