No Entry Point -- steamworks init fails with latest plugin

Had to rollback to the previous version as this one is 100% non functional. It seems to not be able to find / initialize the DLL. Is there a mismatch with the steam DLLs?

We have seen this issue on Steam Deck with the latest release, works fine for a standard run-through.

Not sure if this is the same issue so I created an issue #647 to cover the Steam Deck report we have been getting
