How do I use SteamAPI_SetMiniDumpComment

I want used SteamAPI_SetMiniDumpComment and SteamAPI_WriteMiniDump on win32.

I found that these two functions already exist in NativeMethods but are not exported. And NativeMethods is a internal class.
