Issue with project wizard

Not sure if you still work on this plugin on or not but when I use the wizard to make an arduino project it passes the CMakeFile.txt as the root directory, which is obviously not going to work. Here is the crash log from CLion https://gist.github.com/primetoxinz/9155d6dfe384c1b4255ac10d61c17799
