Update wxwidgets submodule to 'v3.2.4'
Update wx.chm from https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/releases/download/v3.2.4/wxWidgets-3.2.4-docs-chm.zip
Update to Inno Setup 6
No longer build wxformbuilder. Builds are available here: https://github.com/wxFormBuilder/wxFormBuilder/releases
No longer build for vc120.

Doesn't look like it. I'm toying around with trying to get it to compile on different build agent and am running into issues. I do not have a timeline at this point.
