Can only read e-mails until 1 year back of PST generated date

Hi,

I generated a PST file (Office 365 Outlook) on 4 Feb 2021. I get the message "can't get children for folder Bandeja de entrada(32898) child count: 2891 - java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 47, using alternate child tree with 2891 items" while I'm getting from a specific mail folder and the oldest mail message I can read is from 04 Feb 2020. Today 5 Feb 2021, I generated a new PST file and I get a similar message "can't get children for folder, etc" and the oldest mail message I can read from the new PST (05 Feb 2021 generated) file is from 05 Feb 2020.

Is there a time window of one year limitation of the mail messages that are possible to read from a PST file with java-libpst? Any idea how to turn arount it?

Thank you!

Hi, I have just founded the solution - https://www.liquid-hg.com/know-how/o365-knowledge-base/kbo365201606001 I had to configure account limits mail kept locally on the PC, it was only 1 year that's why the mails read window was 1 year.
