Improve link to validator on the homepage
As discovered by @ckniffen, currently the link to validator is barely visible on the Explorer homepage, dark text on a dark bg is terrible for accessibility.
Instead can we move the link into the tooltip once a user clicks a validator pill, they'll then be able to click on the link inside the tooltip to get to the validator. This will mean the tooltip has to persist once a user clicks on a pill and not disappear, once user clicks on pill again, the tooltip will no longer be persistent and go back to a 'appear on hover only' state.

A few days ago I merged a PR (#262 249) to make it green like the other links.
Putting it in the tooltip might be a more complicated flow especially since the ledger is often moving and would move the tooltip with it. Instead I think cleaning up how we display it will be a better approach. One option is to add a new "metric" square with the info in it or left align it under the metrics with labels that say its the domain and pubkey for the selected validator.
Yeah make sense, we can just clean up how we display it currently for now but maybe adding a new metric square might not be the best since the info is only shown when you click on the pill and the metric squares are not meant to be interactive at the moment. Left aligning the text under the metrics with labels might be a better idea and also making the text the new link color.
