Simitone does not want to start

Open gMagnus87 opened this issue 5 years ago • 3 comments

In Discord they tell me that it is a problem of some custom content, however I have deleted everything from the Downloads and UserObject folder but this window continues to appear every time I try to start Simitone.

I've been looking for a tool to organize custom content for the Sims 1 but apparently it doesn't exist so I have no way of finding out why it keeps crashing.

Make sure you don't have any custom content installed for The Sims 1.

If you don't then try re-installing TS1. Not much else to suggest other than keeping the game on your C:\ drive in Program Files (installation paths with lots of sub folders or unusual folder names could also cause this error).
