sonarQube github plugin deprecated

#200 Sonar scanner has been deactivated since this PR. Sonar scanner does not some option because sonar github plugin is deprecated and replaced by commercial service. I did not succeed to solve this error:

ERROR: Error during SonarQube Scanner execution ERROR: The preview mode, along with the 'sonar.analysis.mode' parameter, is no more supported. You should stop using this parameter. ERROR: ERROR: Re-run SonarQube Scanner using the -X switch to enable full debug logging.

Then I deactivated the sonar scanner to be able to merge. We may need to find a new free service to test our code quality.
