I've installed Steam CMD by following the official guide from Valve as is found here However, pointing to the folder of the install location of the official SteamCMD, (blessed and crated by Gabe himself), Does not make the RimPy recognize it as such. RimPy consistently returning an Error prompt about how there's no such thing as SteamCMD in that folder while there in fact is a fully working version of SteamCMD there.

I had the same trouble. Solution: I delete RimPy, downloaded other zip extractor (use the same zip file) and it is solved.
