[BUG] Split View Skin Layout Wrong Orientation with iPhone Skins (iPad)

Issue

When using Split View & Slide Over on iPadOS, skin orientation when selecting a non-iPad skin is based on device orientation, not window size. This results in the landscape skin always being chosen when the device is in landscape mode, despite the window size in Split View & Slide Over being portrait orientation (1/3 or 2/3 widths).
