Is there a way to lock the app to landscape mode?
Currently it seems the only way to go to the landscape mode is to unlock the system rotation lock and physically rotate your phone to landscape position. I am wondering if there is a way to lock the app to landscape mode, because as soon as we click the rotation lock button in system control center, the app would be forced back to portrait mode.
+1 to this; I use a Backbone One controller, and it'd be extraordinarily nice if the app wasn't swapping orientations all the time.
~~Outplayer~~ Edit: I confused it with Yattee is an example of an app that does this right, it has its own screen lock button that locks the current orientation instead of forcing portrait mode, this is what rotation lock does in iOS by default it’s insane to me that it’s been like that since forever, I have a feeling (mostly hope) that apple is going to rework in iOS 18
