[Feature request] Support NDS cheat files

On a NDS flashcard, It support cheat files such as usrcheat.dat, Cheat.dat, Cheat.dat etc..

It should be nice if Delta support cheat files.

Necropost, as Delta has become somewhat mainstream (to an extent). This feature would be amazing!
