JIT on Jailbroken Devices

Seeing as JIT is implemented for iOS 14.2 - 14.3, can JIT be enabled on jailbroken devices on lower iOS versions? I’m on iOS 12.4.9 and I’m wondering if this is possible.

And supporting JIT over Jitterbug would be amazing too! Currently, Delta is crashing when I launch it over Jitterbug

Yes please, I’m on iOS 13.5.1 and can’t get to 14.3 Edit: I have an A11 though, is it still possible?
