can not login in error 22406

how do i fix error 22406 all my passwords are right i even changed it and its still not working

I'm experiencing this too.

I'm trying to install AltStore onto my brother's phone, but AltServer keeps returning error code -22406. I got it to work for me, though, which makes me think if this could be because AltServer is already running on my computer on the same network, or if it's something to do with the Apple ID.

I've tried deleting the adi folder in iTunes, changing the account password, and restarting the computer, and it still doesn't work.

If there's any log files I can grab that will help feel free to let me know :)
