Install StickDebug failed

Hello, im writing today because I have ran into an issue while trying to install StickDebug using Altstore PAL see the attached screenshot for complete error information

To get some obvious fixes out the way yes I live in EU I have reinstalled altstore I am running the latest version of iOS 18 and I even tried on my iPad running an older version of iOS without luck
