Can confirm that the bot also doesn't work in my server.

Can confirm that aswell. Adding the Bot to a new Server is working but the Bot itself doesn't work and is offline. Hope that will be fixed soon.

The notes on the project from Jan 2023 state "The creator of this bot is on an extended break, with no ETA to return to this project."

I have been exploring a replacement bot called EazyAutodelete that has similar functionality.
