Inputting Ontology

Hi, If I understood it correctly, you guys are not feeding the ontology structure as well during the training. What is given to the model is a graph containing the instances only right? Where could I find The ontological structure aka triples like <Method USED FOR Task> ? I see a list of the relation but is there a list of all types?
