Create popular dev/demo setups for Kind

We need a simple way of setting rig up in different configurations and integrate it with third party systems.

We will call this scenarios and they should be able to be run from the rig cli.

A scenario contains a combination of kind configuration and a list of steps of components to install onto the kind cluster after it has been created.
