The operator should watch object types created by plugins as well as the builtin ones

Currently it is hardcoded that we watch Deployment, Service, Ingress, HorizontalPodAutoscaler, Cronjob, ConfigMap and Secrets. If a plugin constructs an object of a new type then the controller don't watch those and changing them don't trigger a reconcile.
