rift note is slow

On Firefox 92.0.1 there is an obvious delay on key input. This is reproduceable on different windows of rift but is not experienced to the same degree in applications like Google Docs. Though both of these applications have noticeable input lag in comparison to native applications.

Part of this could be the User Profile DAC issue that has just been resolved but I expect it is also due to excessive background work, which will be largely addressed once the indexer is upgraded to do better lightweight revision checks as well as websocket push events instead of naive scheduled polling.
