Get Theta Serial Number

i have used ThetaInfo.getThetaSerialNumber (com.theta360.pluginlibrary) https://github.com/ricohapi/theta-plugin-library/blob/master/library/src/main/java/com/theta360/pluginlibrary/activity/ThetaInfo.java but it's not matching with serial number at bottom of camera https://topics.theta360.com/uk/faq/c_06_2013/6137/ Any solution to get serial number at bottom of camera from a Theta plugin?
