Login failed for Open Mailbox for outlook imap

I am trying to open mailbox using imap library for outlook , below are the settings i used:

Open Mailbox host=outlook.office365.com [email protected] password=*************** is_secure=True

error as below:

error: b'LOGIN failed.'

Please advise
