"Move Up" button does not work with last command

This button should bring the command up, but with the last element it simply does not work.

Just discovered this app, ran into same issue. As workaround move the item above the bottom item down. Once its no longer the bottom most item the intended item moves as normal.

Its not a fix, but you wont have to delete a configured item attempting to arrange them how youd like.
