Not working in Vivaldi under Arch Linux.

The extension is currently not working in Vivaldi browser under Arch Linux. Vivaldi is a browser based on Chrom(e/-ium) with an enhanced UI. I'm in no way affiliated with the project, but I fell in love with the browser's configurability. Sadly I cannot use Scratch JS. It is not showing up in the DevTools, nor in any menu.

I have not checked if the problem also occurs on other OSes, but I'll throw up a VM to check later.
