Rectangle Thickness + change the default result of Compare

These seem "logical changes" for me. Minor functionality that was lacking.

• Adjust thickness of the border, because sometimes it can be too "small"
• A wrapper around the Bitmap to get the information from the adjustments ( eg. to know if there is a difference or not)
