Not working, calendar recurring events with different timings

I have created the events in following dates and times

7/2/2019 1:00 PM 7/9/2019 3:00 PM 7/16/2019 1:00 PM 7/23/2019 1:00 PM

when I use this GetOccurrences() method to retrieve the events ,it always displays the 1:00 PM Timings,its overriding the 3:00 PM Timings.

please let me know how to resolve this issue. @rianjs
