AlivePDF Page elements are messed up with AIR SDK 16+

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Flash Builder 4.7 und AIR SDK 15 or 16 to build your IPA. 
2. In your Projekt use AlivePDF 0.1.4.9. and create a simple PDF Export.
3. Install your IPA on your iPhone.
4. Now export a PDF out of your App, or send it as an Email attachment.
5. Take a look. All PDF Page Elements are messed up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Output/PDF is damaged. PDF Page Elements are are messed up. Wrong Positions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AlivePDF 0.1.4.9, Windows 8, Flash Builder 4.7, AIR SDK 16, Flex SDK 4.6, iOS 
8.1.3, iPhone 4s & Distriqt Message ANE 3.4.0

Please provide any additional information below.
It only appears with your IPA installed on your iOS Device! Please install your 
IPA on your device using iTunes. 
If your IPA was built with AIR SDK 14 or older, everything works perfectly.
