addBookmark supports only eight colors

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the attached mxml file
2. Examine colorfulBookmarks.pdf
3. Note that only eight colors are supported red, green, blue, yellow, cyan 
magenta, black and white.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to get an orange bookmark but there is nothing available between red 
and yellow.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AlivePDF 0.1.5 RC   Windows XP Service Pack 3
