Bullets for lists in html text do not align vertically to centre of font text with different sizes when using pHeightInFontSizePercentage

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use different font sizes for various list elements (8,12,18 etc.)
2. use writeFlashHtmlText with pHeightInFontSizePercentage=120
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see bullets alligned vertically to centre of list text data.
Instead, the bullet is alligned differently for list elements with different 
font sizes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using current AlivePDF Beta on Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
The bullet position must take into account the font size of the associated list 
element text in writeFlashHtmlText
