margin problems when using a grid.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. prepare pdf and grid
2. apply margins
3. save the pdf to disk from Air

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to see the margins applied on Page 1. I would also like to see the 
header and data section aligned correctly as happens on page 2+

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
