fullscreen preferences ignored

Create a pdf via using Alive PDF

When the PDF is viewed in fullscreen mode it should be possible to disable the 
'auto advance 
page every __ seconds' function using the preferences panel in adobe acrobat. 
PDFs created in 
alivePDF seem to ignore this setting and auto advance every 5 secs or so 
regardless. Have tested 
with PDF files created elsewhere and all run fine.

alivePDF v 0.1.4.9. 
OS 10.5.7
Flash CS3 and adobe Air
