Bugfix: Added missing checkstyle config files

Transferred these files from sourceforge to github; seems as if they had been lost when jMemorize was imported to GitHub!

Would it be possible to get this pull request for adding the missing checkstyle file without the additional the open-last-file feature?

I could either create a new pull request or you could simply use git's cherry-pick feature on "703842c". I think the latter would be much simpler!
