Update all dependencies, refresh lock file
Update Gradle
Update NDK
Added configurations to Cargo.tml for optimizations and reducing binary size

No UI issue. Updating colorpicker-compose dependency causes build error.

Also, there is a warning when building:

Unable to strip the following libraries, packaging them as they are: lib42efbfe968c15b27.so, libavcodec.so, libavdevice.so, libavfilter.so, libavformat.so, libavutil.so, libc++_shared.so, libffmpegkit.so, libffmpegkit_abidetect.so, libswresample.so, libswscale.so.

Fixing this warning may help reducing APK size.
