Feature Request: Filter out marketing emails
With a large number of accounts in an AWS Organization, receiving the same email multiple times can feel a bit repetitive.
Propose not forwarding messages that match a set of filters including: matching "From:" or "Subject:" email headers.
The target would be to remove emails from AWS Marketing and the two emails received on the creation of any new account:
- "Welcome to Amazon Web Services"
- "Your AWS Account is Ready - Get Started Now"
Marketing Emails come from email addresses such as:
- "From: Amazon Web Services [email protected]" (Australia & New Zealand)
- "From: Amazon Web Services [email protected]" (Asia Pacific) (and likely aws-*[email protected] for the rest of the world :)
I'm working on one better. In the next release I'm developing a feature than you can use to mark accounts as "unmonitored" and it will automatically unsubscribe them from the marketing emails when they're sent.
