Add formatter

It would be nice to have something similar to serde_json::to_string_pretty which formats Rhai scripts strings.

Actually, formatting Rhai with a JavaScript pretty-print works reasonably well... there are a few oddities, but you get probably 90% of your way through...

rhai-lsp does a reasonable job now.
