Not sync to watch4

Hello, i set up everything. In the apps on the phone and the watch 4 i see that the permission are granted.

Sync from watch to phone is working but not the sync from phone to watch.

What can I have made wrong?

I have the same issue. Were you connected to Bluetooth headphones by any chance?

I've got the same issue - is there any logs anywhere that could give a hint as to why the watch doesn't respond to changes on the phone?
