Authentication failed

Hello, I read two french passports with following: 1- The first french passport has been read successfully. 2- The second french passport returned authentication failed, the app waited in reading activity about 20 seconds without any progress, then returned me authentication failed. Note: I'm sure the three values are right. (birthDate, expiryDate, and passportNumber)
