Added new installation process for windows (CMD)

The previous installation method does not work for command prompt users as ./ is not valid. I've added a separate installation process for CMD users by removing the ./ in front of the setup.bat. This should allow AgentGPT installations through CMD too. I have also updated the emojis as :windows: was not working.
