Can't use my duco to buy things from items shop

I tried to buy christmas hat but its gives me an error.The error message is ''You're using multiple accounts: 1991112 21020161, this is not allowed''.Can someone please help me?My main account and the one that i am using currently is ''21020161''. I was using another account before this one and its name is''1991112''.But i wanted to make a fresh start but it dosent let me to buy things on items shop.If possible please delete the account named''1991112'' to solve the problem.
