Updated whitepaper

I rewrote the whitepaper in LaTeX (see https://github.com/profpandaa/duco-whitepaper-tex for src), mainly because it allows for easier changes from others in the future (and it looks nice).

I fixed some weird sentences and I updated the Kolka V3 formula. I may have also introduced some typos tho, so may need review I also changed the layout a little (made it more standardized and the text justified)

Not sure if this is something you want, so it's up to you whether you actually want to merge this or not

There is a typo in the first sentence: hardare instead of hardware :) otherwise it looks nice 👍

Just noticed the colours were off compared to the original, so I fixed that. Should we merge or is the original better?
