Telegram Bot that converts some file types to native photo, audio or video Telegram messages.
It seems like the bot converts files, but then fails to reply if it doesn't have administrator rights.
This is because I don't use it anymore and it won't work with PTB v20: https://github.com/python-telegram-bot/python-telegram-bot/issues/3718.
