Slightly messy possibly fix, you can set a "TIMER" input on some devices, actually any devices, only one timer so far (maybe I make a second one). And you can set that, like any input, to change the armed state of a zone. You can use that zone to control door open.

I use to "arm" a door zone at 10pm, but have a button to manually arm sooner, on a Shelly I4.

It is not day of week specific as yet.
