Nest panels within panels

Is it possible to nest panels within panels?

Currently, it is not possible to nest Panel components.

The markdown parsing logic just gets overly complicated to support Panel component nesting.

I will investigate to see if there is something we can do to easily support nesting of Panels, although at the moment it would be tough to justify the re-allocation of engineering time to this feature.
