Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?: feature

Anything else we need to know?: My personal view is that we can keep the schema itself in english as it is mostly exposed to tool and theme developers. That way the schema is easier to maintain. Editors and themes can then be easily localized as needed. Thoughts?
