Latest release doesn't build against caddy, master does

The last release cut from this repo (v0.2.1 from five years ago) does not build against current caddy releases or its master branch, whilst current master builds and works just fine.

It would really help if you could do a new release, as this would make building/installing quit a bit more straightforward.
