Add live reload to preview

Nowadays, you have to reload every time you make a change. I'm not sure if that's because of the iframe or something else.

Reopening this issue since it's not working properly. We can identify changes, but we're not live reloading.

It's curious because sometimes it works and sometimes not; Edit: just checked that works fine if I change some component of the UI but not If I change only the CSS
